oh my. i never liked anna nicole smith. i can’t belive i’m watching her show. it’s like a car accident… really terrible to watch, but somehow you can’t look away. e! tv will show anything i guess. now no one can say that fox is the worst tv network!
wanna laugh your ass off? check out the hbo show “sketch pad”. i just caught the last 15 minutes and was rolling! it’s basically sketch comedy from around the county. too funny – and we need a good laugh with the economy the way it is!
well, i’m not satisfied. that was the series finale? guess they’re just building up for a new movie, cos there are still things not wrapped up in my opinion. the slashdot posters seem to be in agreement so far. so mulder’s turned religious… that’s the conclusion? (or he now believes in a “higher power” or “afterlife” that communicates with us – “i see dead people”-ish) the series went downhill after the first movie (ho hum, aliens exist so let’s go about our normal routine) so i wonder what worse a second movie could do? i remember the first years of the x-files as a source of inspiration of sorts in my own search for truth (sounds bizarre, i know, but i am a touch mental) but now it’s been a struggle for me to watch this soap opera unfold. ok, maybe it wasn’t that bad, but i wanted more.
i love techtv! they’re now showing max headroom! i loved that series! one of the best “hi-tech, low-life” series’ – with that great ’80s charm. sci-fi channel used to show it, when they were good – “the dominion”. (sci-fi channel now sucks in my opinion.)
techtv’s also got a new show called eye drops which features cool computer animation – similar to the old mtv show liquid television.
compared to last week, yesterday’s episode wasn’t that great. i wouldn’t say it sucked, but i’m just not a happy with this “end game” as i hoped. but, hey, it’s just tv.
(tonight’s ally mcbeal was weak, too, but i probably shouldn’t say that i watch that show – being a guy and all, right?)
since the x-files are coming to an end, i’ve been trying to catch the last episodes. and i can’t believe they killed off the lone gunmen! i thought they were great characters and even caught most of their own series. good episode, though… are they really dead? hmm….

ok, i don’t watch too much tv anymore, but i do like to watch a few shows, some of which happen to be on the “digital tier” of time warner cable. in particular, if i’m home, i like to have tech tv’s the screen savers on in the background just to keep tabs on things and they do have some cool stuff on sometimes. but the last couple days i can’t watch ’cause the digital signal breakup is unbearable – pixalization to the max! and i pay for this! arg! bbc america and trio are effected, as well as music choice. strange thing is that the digital movie channels are fine. pisses me off. guess i’ll have to call them tomorrow.
