going over the (sonic) edge…
i found the documentation lacking slightly on my new philips sonic edge sound card - mainly in the digital output stuff.
it’s really simple… just get a normal 1/8″ to stereo rca cable. set the driver to the s/pdif output. connect the cable to the sub-woofer/digital out jack. (color coded yellowish orange, right next to the game port.) then connect the left (white) rca plug to the coax in on the receiver. that’s it.
